The tests that includes a check up are definitely the complete blood count , a basic biochemical test containing cholesterol , renal , liver markers , Tsh for thyroid check , CRP and TKE inflammation markers , urinalysis , ANA antinuclear antibodies etc.

For most tests you do not need to be fasting, but when we have triglycerides, cholesterol, sugar at our check up we need fasting from 10 to 12 hours.For the measurement of the other biochemical indicators it is enough to be 2 hours fasting.
